Hello, and welcome to Tree of Life Personal & Spiritual Evolution. I am honored to introduce myself as a Certified Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner. Over the years, I have worked to integrate my formal education, my studies in Western esoteric traditions, and my training in energy healing modalities into a system of spiritual and personal development that vastly improved my quality of life and became the foundation for the services and classes offered at Tree of Life.
I hold a bachelor’s in psychology from Winthrop University and I have completed extensive training and obtained certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Life Coaching, and Usui Shiki Ryoho- the Usui System of Reiki. For much of my career, prior to working as a full-time Life Coach, I worked with clients who experienced emotional or physical trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse.
Through a holistic and integrative approach, I assist my clients in delving into deep introspection, self-reflection, and personal transformation. Together, we will explore your core values, beliefs, and aspirations to uncover any limiting patterns that may be holding your back. Through a collaborative and action-oriented coaching process, we will explore new perspectives, develop practical and mindful strategies, and implement effective techniques to create sustainable change. Through this process, we will create a personalized roadmap that aligns with your unique situation and supports your personal and spiritual evolution.
